The plan taught by a successful business builder. Don't worry about memorizing the whole plan. All it takes to get started is an understanding of Star, Senior Star, Executive and then eventually Silver. The plan is designed in a beginner friendly way. When you successfully make the beginning Star stages, Executive stage and then Silver stage, you're building an organization in preparation for the upcoming stage of Gold, Platinum etc... In other words, initially you just need to understand the first few rankings at a time. When you follow those steps to make the first few rankings, you're building properly for the coming stages.

A Few Definitions
_So you're new to all this and you're seeing abbreviations and terms foreign to you. Don't let that worry you! We have you covered. The Young Living plan is designed to reward you as you grow. You can make money early for understanding just a little and the efforts you put in to grow your organization are designed to be the foundation for future ranks. In other words, the efforts you put in to reach the first rank of Star sets your organization up for you to become Senior Star, which sets you up to become Executive etc... all the way up to Royal Crown Diamond.

The Fast Start and Start Living Bonuses
FAST START BONUS
• Earn a generous 25% bonus, up to $200 each, on your new, personally enrolled distributors’
orders during the first three calendar months!
• Second-level enrollers earn 10%, up to $80 each, on the newly enrolled distributors
described above during the same time period!
START LIVING BONUS
• Earn a one-time $25 cash bonus when your new, personally enrolled distributor orders the
Premium Starter Kit! (Basic kits do not qualify.)
RETAIL EARNINGS
• When you personally sponsor retail customers, you may earn the 24% difference between the
retail and wholesale price for their orders.
• Earn a generous 25% bonus, up to $200 each, on your new, personally enrolled distributors’

Here's a simple Fast Start Bonus example. Don't forget this important point. The best way to learn how this works is to do it.
Another example:
Bruce signed up a mother and her married daughter. It was his first time signing anyone up. Since he's just getting started, he only needs to place a $50 PV (Personal Volume) order of his own to get a check.
The mother and daughter both signed up separately and placed a combined total of $400.00 PV.
Bruce makes 25% of their combined orders plus $25x2 because they each bought Premium Starter kits.
In this scenario, Bruce made $150.
In the first rank called Distributor, Bruce will need to place a monthly order of $50 or more to qualify for his check. When he progresses to the next rank, Star he will need to place a minimum PV order or $100 or more per month.
This is the minimum check qualifying order for all ranks from Star all the way through to the highest rank, Royal Crown Diamond.

How to Qualify:
- Any first-time Executives will have six months from the end of the June commission period to achieve the rank of Silver. For example, if the first Executive month is June, the member must achieve the rank of Silver by December 31, 2012, to qualify.
- Any existing Executives who earned that rank for the first time on or since January 31, 2012, are also eligible to earn an achievement kit. They will be required to achieve Silver within six months of becoming a first-time Executive. For example, if the first month as an Executive was January 2012, the member must reach Silver by July 31, 2012, to qualify.
- After reaching Executive, participating members must maintain the rank of Executive each month until Silver rank is achieved.
- Available for members in the U.S. and NFR markets only.

Sponsor Or Enroller?
As a leader you want to understand how this works. When you're helping someone place people you want to know the difference between Sponsor and Enroller.
The Enroller will get the Fast Start and the Start Living Bonuses for the first 3 months.
The Sponsor is the person who will have the new sign up in their first generation.
When signing people up yourself, in your organization, you want to use your member number in both fields above.
When you're signing people up and strategically placing people to help others in your organization, you probably want to place your number as the Enroller. If you want your downline member to get the Fast Start and Start Living bonus money, you want to use their number in the Enroller field and in the Sponsor field.
